After being blessed with my son almost 7 years ago I never thought I would beable to have another child. I had many complications with my son and after I had him. After 4 years I became pregnant but I was very scared because of previous miscarriages. After 3 months I was still scared...... Once they told me I was going to have a little girl I was so ecstatic. I still did have some fear and some scares a long the way but here she is 2 years later. So beautiful, smart and funny. The time goes by so quick and I feel so blessed to have my daughter.
Here is a list of the items I used from TPBP

I know Father's day already...... Mother's day hasn't even passed yet. But the days go by so quick. I used the Super Dad stamp set. I used 2 of the banner die sets. The 2 smaller banners are from the Flag it Die set and the banner with the sentiment on it is from the Banner bundle set. The top layer on the main banner is from the Flag it Set as well. I did cut some stars out with the Starry die set.
The paper I used is from Teresa Collins. It is the He said She said paper. Super cute and not a normal paper pack I would pick up but I loved the mustaches and I was determined to use one in my card but it didnt work out. I used Stazon Ink to stamp the sentiment and stars. The base of the card is Bazzil Kraft card stock. I used some twine I had in my stash.

I hope everyone is having a great week so far.
I have a card to share with you. I recently got asked if I could make a card simple and purple. 2 things that are very challenging for me, but I think I did it. I love how simple it is. Purple is actually my favorite color. I do not use alot of it in my crafts though.
I used the Plain Jane Smile stamp. Super cute. I used 2 different shades of purple card stock. For the sentiment I used versamark and some Lindy's Pearl embossing powder. It is clear but has a little shimmer to it. It is gorgeous. I used some white satin ribbon and put a little flower for the extra added touch. For the background I used a polka dot embossing folder. I think it creates a cute look.
Here is a couple up close pictures.
